Ride on the Megaformer
Megaformer is the machine that makes Lagree possible and it DOES NOT care about feelings. Patented spring mechanism will deliver a killer challenge in the form of a full-body workout.
It consists of:
- The carriage – the moving platform you stand, kneel, lunge, shake
- Resistance Springs – adjustable resistance underneath the machine. More springs = more resistance in some exercises
- Platforms – stable ends of the machine where one foot usually stays
- Handlebars – used for balance, pulling, pushing
- Cables and straps – for arms, legs, core work.
Lagree vs Reformer Pilates: What to Choose?
Reformer Pilates and Lagree deliver different results. Reformer prioritizes flexibility, posture, and spinal mobility.
Lagree builds strength, burns fat, and tones your muscles in a shorter time-frame. Every session activates glutes, core, and stabilizes muscles in ways the Reformer cannot.
Constant resistance and movements push muscle groups to maximum engagement. The Pilates Reformer is the foundation.
The Lagree Megaformer is the next step.
Lagree vs HIIT — What is the Difference?
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) alternates explosive movements – such as sprints, jumps, or bodyweight strength exercises—with short recovery periods.
Lagree takes a fundamentally different approach, focusing on slow, controlled movements under constant resistance to tone muscles, build strength, and improve cardiovascular endurance—all with minimal impact.
